When
industrial revolution started in 18th century, most of European and American
countries lead the world with industries in automobiles, clothing, construction
etc. and their economies got strong with capitalism. But with the invention of
internet, knowledge & information is
being shared across the globe and created many Tech/Knowledge based
entrepreneurs across the globe. USA was ahead of times which resulted in
silicon valley with tech giants like Amazon, Apple, Google, Microsoft and many
more. They became the super-power of the world. Indians started contracting
them for IT Work. We are just like work-horses for them. India's economy had a
boost with IT exports. But AI has arrived. AI is not a technology. It is
intelligence which can make decisions, solve problems, plan things, create
abstract things just like human intelligence. The only difference is we are
biological, it is artificial. Currently 56 countries are in the race of
creating AI Robots to replace or help soliders in wars. Most of the jobs inthe
world are going to be replaced - Delivery boys to drone delivery, Chefs to
Robotic Kitchens, Drivers to Driverless cars. Without investing in these AI
technlogies, India may lose the race. Today I spoke to students of Rainbow
International School on AI
to prepare them for future. We don't want India to lose the race, do we? Lets
save India together.
